TerrainCraft is an online store selling physical 3D printed terrain, scenery and related miniature products.
References to “TerrainCraft”, “we”, “us” or “our” refer to TerrainCraft.
References to “you” or “your” refer to the person using our website or placing an order.

2. Products
Our products are physical 3D printed models and scenery designed for tabletop gaming, dioramas, miniature displays, model-making projects and other creative uses.
Products are supplied unpainted unless the product description specifically states otherwise.
Because our products are 3D printed, minor variations may occur between individual items. These may include:
- Small surface variations
- Minor layer lines
- Slight variations in texture
- Small differences in dimensions
- Minor imperfections associated with the 3D printing process
These characteristics are normal for 3D printed products and do not necessarily indicate a fault.
Product photographs are provided for illustration. The actual product may have slight differences in appearance due to lighting, photography, screen settings and the printing process.
3. Product Dimensions
Dimensions shown on product pages are approximate.
Small variations may occur as a result of the 3D printing process.
Where dimensions are provided, they are intended to give an approximate indication of the size of the physical model.
4. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Because our products may be printed to order, a product being displayed on the website does not necessarily mean that it is already printed and ready for immediate dispatch.
If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will contact you and, where appropriate, offer a suitable alternative or refund.
5. Prices
All product prices are displayed on the website.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted.
Delivery charges, where applicable, are displayed separately and will be shown before you complete your purchase.
6. Placing an Order
When you place an order through TerrainCraft.co.uk, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected.
After placing an order, you will normally receive an order confirmation by email.
An order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

Typical production time: 2–4 business days.
During particularly busy periods, production may occasionally take 5–10 business days.

8. Payment
Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed.
Payments may be handled by third-party payment providers.
TerrainCraft does not normally receive or store your full payment card details.
9. Delivery
We currently ship orders within the UK.
Delivery options and applicable charges will be shown at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

10. Delayed or Missing Orders

Unless a product or licence specifically states otherwise, purchasing a physical TerrainCraft model does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property or design.
The purchase of a physical model gives you ownership of the physical item supplied to you.
It does not give you the right to:
- Reproduce the model
- 3D scan and reproduce the model
- Manufacture copies
- Sell reproduced copies
- Distribute digital files of the model
- Claim the design as your own
Any separate commercial licence offered by TerrainCraft is subject to its own terms and conditions.
16. Commercial Licence
Where TerrainCraft offers a commercial licence, the licence is separate from the purchase of physical products.
A commercial licence does not automatically grant permission to reproduce, manufacture or sell TerrainCraft designs unless the specific licence terms expressly allow it.
